Robin Raisch is a conductor, educator, pianist, flutist, and arts Administration expert whose career spans across the orchestral and administrative fields. She is committed to providing students with exceptional instruction while creating meaningful opportunities for artistic growth, collaboration, and performance.

From 2025-2026, she served as one of the Wind Ensemble Conductors with the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles (YOLA) in Inglewood, CA. YOLA is an initiative of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, where she collaborates with fellow conductors and program staff to help expand music education to underserved communities in LA.

Robin is also the founder and Artistic Director of the Mission Philharmonic and Mission Winds. These are ensembles she established to expand access to high-quality performances throughout the Riverside community. Under her leadership, the organization brought together nearly 100 musicians, presented free community concerts, and received support through the Riverside Public Arts Grant.

By participating in professional conducting engagements, she is continually expanding her artistry and bringing new perspectives. In 2025, she conducted and premiered her own composition, Celestial, with the Manila Symphony Orchestra in the Phillipines. Her conducting experience spans orchestral, wind, symphonic band, and operatic repertoire, including work with ensembles at California Baptist University, the Cleveland Pops, the University of North Texas, and the Sewanee Summer Music Festival.

In addition to her work on the podium, Robin brings experience in performance, private instruction, and arts administration. She has performed as a pianist and flutist with ensembles including the National Repertory Orchestra, World Youth Wind Symphony, Florida Music Ambassadors and Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra. She has also served as Orchestra Manager for the Sewanee Summer Music Festival and Artist Liaison for the National Repertory Orchestra, gaining valuable experience in artistic planning, concert operations, and musician support.

Robin previously served as a piano coach at Ramona High School and currently teaches private piano lessons at Glendale Adventist Academy. Robin brings together her experience as a conductor, educator, performer, and organization builder to provide students with an encouraging environment in which they can grow musically, personally, and collaboratively.
